I missed Otto’s Monday Madness last week — so making sure I play this week.

2. On a priority scale of 1 to 10, how do you rate trust in a relationship/friendship?
3. Do you trust your spouse/significant other/best friend completely?
4. Do you trust others easily, or does it take time?

4. It takes a long time, because I have been burned in the past. I have very few close friends because of it.

Obviously you’re not a reality TV junkie like the CSM and I are — actually, we only watch Amazing Race and Survivor.

Not really… not a lot anyway. I liked The Apprentice and watched some of American Idol because my better half asked me to. I caught 1 or 2 episodes of Hell’s Kitchen too.
I was a big time X-Files fan and when that was cancelled, I kind of gave up on TV…

Trust takes awhile with me too for the same reason. I can still count all my true friends on one hand because of this. Lots of great acquaintences, very few friends.

4. Do you trust others easily, or does it take time? Oh it takes a good while, however I give them what I call initial trust, till it is betrayed…but it isn’t full trust of any kind. I’ve learned the hard way too, by being burned, to be a better judge of character.

Hubby I suppose…although we’d probably kill each other by the end of it LOLOL

9 — Give me a reason not to trust you, and you won’t see that go away anytime soon.
3. Do you trust your spouse/significant other/best friend completely?
No, see #2 — but the trust will return in time.
4. Do you trust others easily, or does it take time?
I give the benefit of the doubt at first. I assume you are trustworthy. You screw that up, you’re looking a long, slow climb back to trustworthy status.
