Friday Boredom Cure

What do you listen to on your way to work?

I always listen to talk radio. There are 2 local stations so I flip back and forth between the 2.

What smell makes you feel safe and cared for?

Cookies baking. It brings back images of my grandmother cooking in the kitchen, and there was always love and safety there.

Have you ever been in trouble with the law?

I grew up in a very small town where the police knew everyone. One night when I was out, the car I was riding in broke down. The evening duty copy came to assist and found out we’d been drinking (not the driver though). He took us HOME! Eeek … That was the first and only time.

What task do you put off most often?

Dusting. I have wheat fields sometimes on things. I found a few growing on the bookshelves last night and had to mow them down. Hubby got a good chuckle out of it (like he helps!)

Where would you go if you wanted to spark your creativity?

If it’s cooking, then it’s a dose of Food TV and Emeril.

What are landmarks in your life: certain buildings, stores, things that you see everyday?

Mostly gas stations and fast food joints!
