Anyone else watch the wedding today between Prince Charles and his long time love Camilla? I’m sure most of us knew about, mainly because they had to put it off because of the death of the pope.

The wedding capped a decades-long love affair that endured the prince’s first marriage to Princess Diana and constant tabloid scrutiny.

My grandmother, rest her soul, always wore hats. That’s why I like watching stuff like this from England — them folks are hat people, and go all out. People were making fun of Camilla’s first hat, then her second, and I thought it was just plain mean. They couldn’t find anything else to snip about, so they attack the poor women’s choice of hats.

Anyway, they both looked happy, and I loved looking at all the hats.
