Have you stopped laughing at the President yet?  I haven’t.  This bid for the corrupt city of Chicago to host the 2016 Olympics was all about Obama.  He went over there believing the street cred he’d built up with the world was enough to cower the IOC into giving him what he wanted – and it FAILED!!!!  First of all, Chicago doesn’t deserve to host the Olympics, or even a street kick the can game.  They have the worst crime, the worst corruption, the worst everything.  How can a city even put itself into the running when it has kids killing innocents in the streets?  Chicago, that toddling town, is a bust.

So, how was your week?  Mine was great!  The weather is turning to fall here in central Alabama and my sweaters are busting at the seams to be set free and worn again.  The cool nights and windy days remind you of how great God really is and the beauty of his creation shines through.

The SGM is off to an old stomping grounds for us.  Packing and going TDY is nothing around here, and Roscoe has seen his share of him going off for a few weeks.  Well Cassie hasn’t.  You remember we adopted her and we are unaware of her previous history with humans.  The packing was unsettling to her.  She hid in the back of her crate.  We had to stop and give her special attention and over emphasis this was a happy event.  We wondered if her previous family broke up and the husband moved out and this might be why she was so upset.  She seems to be fine after the first night with him not here, and I will make sure to spoil her rotten so she knows we love her!

So I’m off to Facebook to play some games, maybe do some shopping today, but life is great!
