No Bail Out Saturday
We are now seeing the final damages to the Bush legacy unfolding before our eyes. This $700 Billion dollars stolen from the American people to prop-up failing companies was a farce from the beginning to the end. Paulson needs to be perp-walked to the nearest federal court-house and tried for treason against America. He is doing everything in his power to bankrupt this country, and the Harry & Nancy show are tap dancing to his tune.

Nick over at The Liberty Zone (great blog, go visit often) sums it up perfectly:
If it were up to me, I’d take the incompetent, lying sack of breathing detritus we call our Treasury Secretary, bind him with duct tape and feed him to a horde of rabid marmosets. After bullying the American public out of mass revolt at the $700 billion bailout scheme, groveling in front of Congress and fomenting economic panic, all of a sudden, the scheme won’t be buying illiquid mortgage-related assets after all.
Is it going to take the American people marching physically on Washington to save ourselves? Please tell me why the auto industry has to be bailed out? I’ll tell you how to bail them out – get rid of the unions! For heaven’s sake, even us dumb southern rednecks clinging to our guns and religion know that unions detroy! Compare GM vs Toyota, this is an eye-opener for sure. Why do you guys think Walmart fights the unions at every chance? Because they know that a union will destroy the basis of what Walmart is.
Even cities are demanding to get in on the free money action!
Remember folks – this is “our” money they are giving away and again miss-managing.
