I need to change the colors on this great theme to fit more of what Jo is.
However, the basic file provided by the author is in .psd format - and I get that’s Photoshop?
Well let me tell you, I’m not dishing out over $300 just to adjust the color on a couple graphics.
I have an older version of Paint Shop Pro and have tried to work on the graphics, but I think using the base creation would be better.
Anyone know of a free, or at least not so danged expensive, program that will edit .psd files?
TY!
