Murtha & Durbin are probably crowing like proud roosters this week since Barack Hussein Obama is channeling their thoughts on how our military just murders willy-nilly.

“We’ve got to get the job done there,” he said of Afghanistan. “And that requires us to have enough troops so that we’re not just air-raiding villages and killing civilians, which is causing enormous problems there.”

When I mentioned this to the SGM(R), who spent a year in Afghanistan – he just shook his head. “Remember dear, I wore the uniform so people could publicly say stupid things.”

Of course a Fact Check via the liberal leaning AP crunches some numbers about how many civilians have died. Civilians die in wars – that’s a fact. 

We must remember these people sat by and whistled in their tea while Saddam in Iraq and the Taliban in Afghanistan were murdering their own.  I guess that’s okay right?  They grow from the same bunch that sat with Stalin – and closed their eyes to his atrocities.
