		<description>From what I heard on the Brit Hume show, the Fairness Doctrine is dead on arrival.  There was a vote today in the House and Rep. Pence, (R-IN) successfully had more than enough opposition to stop the pursuit.  So far so good.  His bill, too, will make it impossible for it to ever be put into effect again without full approval of Congress.
