As I mentioned here, I have signed up and am using Bloglines. It has been about a week now.

Bloglines is where you can set up your own page with all your favorite feeds. From their front page:

Create a personal Bloglines page loaded with the freshest news about the things you love.  

You can see how many people have added your blog to their subscription list too.  I only had 5 subscriptions when I entered my information, but then I am no Michelle Malkin, and never want to be. 

After entering all the feeds to my favorite sites, and yes being able to add some I couldn’t ever find a “feed” button for, I was off and running.

Cons: 

1. Feeds update only done once an hour.  IE7 lets you determine when to update them, and I have mine set at 15 minutes.  This is good on breaking news when you want to get links to others posting about stuff, or just see what’s being said.

Pros:

1. Your feed list is on the left side of the browser window and when you click on the feed, it opens in the right hand portion of the browser window. I like that a lot. 
2. If choose to read said thread, you click on the title and it opens into another tab (I use IE7).
3. I can see my feed list on my Blackberry with no problems at all.  Major Pro!!!

I will probably keep using it, in conjunction with the IE7 Feed option, especially during the day when I’m at work and want to see what my favorites are doing without having to load my blog and go down the blogroll.   

So there are more pros than cons, so I will probably stick with it awhile.  Go see what you think of it.
