Ronald Reagan Quotes

As my heart lays heavy about what is happening to this country, I wish for the Reagan days.

Some of his quotes are below.

We are going to lose a lot of our freedoms when the liberals take over.  

“I don’t believe in a government that protects us from ourselves.”

Nanny Cities and States are starting.  New York City and Massachusetts are two that come to mind with the banning of trans fats.  This is just the tip of the iceberg.  Look at what is going on in Sweden – a nanny country.  People don’t have to work for anything, its handed to them on a silver plater.  No joy in your job, no pride in your accomplishments.  They don’t have to struggle to learn, improve or succeed.

As we watch the ACLU and CAIR and others working toward removing God from everything in this country, to the detriment of this country and its people, we are looking at a nation that will fail; and be destroyed.

Remember in 2008 — we must vote to move this country forward; not backward.

    Very true post…If all of these acts of misery are just tests of faith…WE GET IT NOW… Enough already! :lol: (Sad part…One often doesn’t realize what they have until it’s gone.)
