Domestic Charges?
What the hell were the cops thinking only charging this man idiot with domestic violence?
A Montgomery [Alabama] man was jailed on domestic violence charges Wednesday after he allegedly flung his 7-month-old daughter at another man during an argument.
Mikell Brogan, 34, of 1245 Avondale Road is charged with domestic violence reckless endangerment in the incident, which occurred around 3:15 p.m. Wednesday outside his home.
Capt. Huey Thornton, a Montgomery Police spokesman, said Brogan was arguing with the man when he went inside the house, grabbed his daughter by the ankle and, carrying her upside down by the leg, brought her outside.
Brogan then threw the baby about three feet in the other man’s direction. The man, whose name is being withheld by police, caught the girl before she hit the ground.
Brogan was booked into the city jail in lieu of a $1,000 bond.
Where the hell are the “child abuse” charges at in Montgomery? What about Assault?
Damn this kind of shit pisses me off.

I was a wittness to this incident back in Sept. 2006 and this man did not throw his 7 month old to anyone…..the baby was not harmed in any way….before people make comments they need to find out the facts not just go by what they hear or read….the newspaper got false information and not the facts….they only went by the police departments version of what someone said this man did with his child….this man would never harm his children…..:mad::mad::mad::mad:
