Since the start of the recent events in the Middle East, I’ve made a point not to get involved in blogging about it. First of all, my history sucks and I wouldn’t be able to sound really knowledgable, and second - I don’t need the hassle from ignorant, parroting liberal talking points fools filling up my Spam Karma file.
But …
I support Israel and what they are doing. Let me tell you — if someone broke into my mother-in-law’s home and kidnapped her, her children would move heaven and earth to get her back. Is that not what Israel is doing?
Israel is fighting with one arm tied behind its back; in the eyes of those that support her. She’s damned if she does, damned if she doesn’t.
Personally? I wish they’d just wipe the whole place into the ocean.

The European Union, as well as the UN have repeatedly said that Israel’s response was not in proportion to the acts that precipitated it. I find that line of reasoning wholly illogical.
Simply put, if someone kidnapped members of your family and bombed your home with rockets, would you expect the police to show up with only Sheriff Andy and Deputy Barney? Or would you expect the SWAT team and every cop that could be mustered to present the criminals with overwhelming show of force?
Case closed.
I fully support Israel… I hope they clean house.

Also, the Israelis, as the Americans do, air drop leaflets before the bombing begins. Innocents get a heads-up, if you will.

I fully and completely support Israel. She is asked far too often to turn the other cheek (usually by those who would cry for revenge if it happened in their country), and it’s about time she stood up for herself.
I also support the US and other countries staying OUT OF IT and letting Israel take care of things. If they need help, they will ask for it.
