The voters of Alabama passed the amendment to improve the wording on the Marriage Protection Act. As of this morning, our local TV station had these results listed. The (X) means “winner”.
Define Marriage Amendment — 3,216 of 3,240 precincts reporting (99%)

| No | 170,399 | 19% |
