Not exactly the same - but with abused children. I have seen those blue eyes too. I'm very frustrated with our system right now that sends children back into abusive homes because the 'parents have a right to have their kids'. I am always wondering when the childrens' rights will matter. Of course, it's cheaper for the state for them to be in their biological home. Unfortunately. I work in this field too Jo.
