Illegal Marches

Sunday, 9 April 2006, 13:18

No, I’m not saying marching is illegal .. it’s not under the freedom of speech section, but then that section applies to “Americans”.

What I’m talking about is more marches by illegal immigrant supporters, along with a pretty good portion of those illegals along side them.

So — the Cities are going to have to pay law enforcement overtime anyway to “manage” these people, so why not “manage” them into the nearest football stadium?  Lock the gates and start checking identifications.  When you find the illegals who can’t seem to abide by the law, call in the INS and send them home.

Illegals do NOT have the rights provided to Americans by the Constitution … only true Americans do, and that includes naturalized citizens who “followed” the law to come here.

We have an opportunity to transport back to wherever they came from the law breakers wanting amnesty.

Get ‘em out NOW!

    This is funny! Guess what I’m doing tomorrow? There’s going to be a big illegal immigrants march tomorrow in my town and my friend and I are going down there to check it out. She’s brining a sign that says, “Illegal is illegal!”

    These illegals are following the lead that Democrats have given them to follow. This is basically a “give teens a condom” issue: “They’re going to do it anyway, why not make it safe?” Yeah, right!

    Jo,

    I think the Supreme Court has ruled that every person currently residing in U.S. territory is entitled to the freedoms granted in the Bill of Rights. The Court specifically ruled so in the case of an illegal alien. I’m not a lawyer, but I think that means illegal immigrants can:

    - participate in public assemblies;
    - wave flags and speak their minds in public;
    - be free from unusual search and seizure, which I understand to mean the police must have reasonable suspicion that a specific person has committed a criminal act.

    Those are some of the freedoms that you, me, and your husband all volunteered to defend, right?

    I suspect you already know that any case made by rounding up a peaceful assembly to check ID’s would be thrown out of court immediately.
