Around this time of the year we all know how much food is stuck in our faces. Already the break room at work has been filled with popcorn treats, truffles, and doughnuts. I did get a taste of the truffles and doughnuts, because the day they were set out I decide to have a day of crashing. Small bites were enough to get a good taste and get my sugar back up to normal.
