Mayor Nagin Again

In a Knight-Ridder story I found in the Columbus Ledger-Enquirer, Mayor Nagin says he will be surrendering control of his “shattered, nearly abandoned city to federal and state officials.”
He goes on to speak of the trauma his police officers have gone through, and then this:

A & E is running Season 4 of “24” this weekend. Did not find that out until yesterday afternoon, just before it started at 2 pm my time. They played hours 7 am to 4 pm yesterday and starting at 8:00 am this morning, the remaining 15 hours will be played.
