Stop the ACLU Blogburst Thursday
Loosing is a good thing for the ACLU. Jay has a story about the ACLU loosing a battle in Delaware here. So in that vein, I decided to find out where else the ACLU has been stopped in their Anti-American stance. I am going to just link to the article and maybe quote a small portion — click on the links to read the whole story. There is no time limit that I’m going to use for these, but all losses by the ACLU is a win for America.
Court OKs religious abstinence content
Louisiana’s abstinence program has not violated a court order with its religious content, a federal judge ruled this week.
The Governor’s Program on Abstinence has religious references on its Web site as well as links to other sites that promote prayer and repentance, but these references do not constitute an excessive entanglement between government and religion, U.S. District Court Judge G. Thomas Porteous Jr. ruled Thursday.
Gov. Kathleen Babineaux Blanco, a Democrat, did not comment, but had previously defended the Web site as offering constitutionally protected “discussion of religious issues.”
The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), which has twice brought the state abstinence program to court, said it was “disconcerted” by Judge Porteous’ ruling.
Christmas in July: City wins again, ACLU loses again
BOSTON-A panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit ruled unanimously Wednesday that a woman represented by the ACLU who sued the City of Cranston, R.I., after being offended by Christmas displays at City Hall had no standing to bring her claim.
“This is the court’s message: you can’t sue just because you’re an offended observer,” said ADF Chief Counsel Benjamin Bull. “The appeals court today rejected what has been a longstanding ACLU tactic-filing lawsuits simply for the reason that somebody claims to be offended. The Christmas displays in Cranston were perfectly constitutional, just as the district court ruled.”
ACLU loses digital copyright battle
In a strongly worded decision, a federal judge in Boston dismissed a lawsuit aimed at defanging part of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. The ACLU’s suit, filed against filtering-software company N2H2 last July, claims the law unconstitutionally interferes with researchers’ ability to investigate and evaluate the effectiveness of Internet filtering software.
“There is no plausibly protected constitutional interest that…outweighs N2H2′s right to protect its copyrighted property from an invasive and destructive trespass,” U.S. District Judge Richard Sterns wrote.

This is just a small sampling of what I found out there. Do a Google or Yahoo! search for yourself.
There is proof out there that we can win the battle against the Anti-American Civil Liberties Union. There is hope for us here in America. BUT we have to stand up — we have to fight harder than ever now. The ACLU is a mouth-piece for the socialist, communist, Bin Ladin loving part of this country and if we do not stand strong for our beliefs and those that the Founding Fathers laid down for us, we will end up being mindless robots, stamped with a number and forced to live under the extreme muslim conditions currently in play in parts of this world. The socialist (ie: extreme left) and communists want government to control everything you do, from where you can smoke, to how you can talk, to the name of your favorite football team.
Freedom comes with a price, and our freedoms that we enjoy right now were paid for by the blood of many Americans, starting back to the first war for this country, the sandy battlefield of Iraq and beyond. We must NOT allow this country to fall to the extreme left, socialist, communisit portion that hates what we are as a country (but yet don’t have enough backbone to pack their asses up and move to Russia where they’d be more comfortable). We must not lose the fight – THEY must.

I’d love to see YOUR civil liberties taken from you. Ahh, the joy of dreaming…
You don’t deserve freedom.
If you can’t make better sense than that, go somewhere else and comment – The Owner

LOL – as long as the Anti-American Civil Liberties Union is around, our freedoms ARE going to be taken away.
