I'm sure the NYT is hoping to find some juicy tidbit about why Roberts and his wife adopted, or that they didn't fill out all the forms, or something. This has nothing to do with his fitness to serve as a justice, just as the allegations against Clarence Thomas and John Bolton had nothing to do with their fitness.
