Kind of like the whole Bob Novak / Valerie Plame thing: reporters stand up for freedom of the press and all that jazz, until it's a CONSERVATIVE reporter. Then, it's off with 'is 'ead!

I read your response to the Mark Yost peice at Camedwards. Well put and accurate. Michael Yon is another good source, as you've mentioned, along with many other military web logs (A Collection of Thoughts, LeatherneckM31, etc.). All the informed opinion seems to point in the same direction; the spin is with the appeasment and surrender group. It's a curious thing to compare the coverage from the 1940's to that from today. Curious and troubling.
I have added you to my list of blogs to read, so keep up the good work.
