It’s okay for someone that wants to make money to go to a town’s council and demand they take away someones hard-earned home so they can build a condo unit, and possibly increase the tax base of the area.

Let me see if I have this straight.
Joe Smo citizen will be hurt because cable companies don’t have to share lines they paid for with internet providers, but it’s okay if big business comes in and steals your home right out from underneath you?
Please — would someone test these old fart judges to see if someone slipped some cocaine or smack into their medications — because someone up there on that bench needs to be arrested for ruling while under the influence.
