The Cotillion

by Jo | June 7th, 2005

The Cotillion is a group of female bloggers who write about the current events in the world, country, state, county, or city that effects them.

This is the best of the blogosphere when it comes to female bloggers.

This weeks Cotillion posters can be found here.

Just a sampling:

What is the difference between our Word and theirs? Jody at Steal the Bandwagon steps us through the comparison, reminding us it is just another reason to pity the Muslims and their sad religion. Apparently they, too, have respect for their holy book, but it is seemingly nothing more than just words and sentences, grammar and syntax. For them, no life is as sacred as the flimsy pages of a book.

These ladies write very well and get their points across without having to blaspheme, curse, or through a temper tantrum (well the last might be in question sometimes), but they never get the vapors when it comes to the hard hitting events of the day.

ENJOY!

  2. I promise soon I will shouting the praises of your blog over at my place!!!! I’ve just been a little busy it seems. Maybe we can do a roll tide vs war eagle tag! LOL

  3. OH and I’m really only a fan of Roll Tide by marriage. LOL ;-)

God, when I first moved down here in 1991 someone was talking about the late great Bear Bryant and I made the HUGE mistake of asking, “who’s Bear Bryan?” LOL Well, you can imagine the reply I got back from that stupid question. I now know exactly who he was and still is for Alabamians.

  4. Good find. This is a good group of girls.
