England, who appeared in a photo that showed her holding a hooded, naked Iraqi prisoner on a leash, will plead guilty in a military court Monday to two counts of conspiracy, four counts of maltreating prisoners and one count of dereliction of duty, her civilian lawyer, Rick Hernandez, said Friday.

Can anyone understand why someone would plead Not Guilty to charges that were caught on tape, photo, video, etc? I don’t. I feel sorry for her family, in that I’m sure they didn’t try and raise a child who would go off into the world and embarass them in front of the whole world.

What’s even more sad now is her child will grow up with her parents in jail. Another innocent victim of another’s stupidity.
