Bubba’s Cancer
Bubba was discovered to have mouth cancer about a month ago. We initially thought it was just a bad tooth – but when we got him to the vet, he removed a mass of tissue from the back of his mouth (included a bad tooth). The mass was sent to the lab and came back as cancer: Fibrosarcoma, soft tissue sarcoma to be exact. This required surgery – major surgery.
We were went to the Small Animal Clinic at Auburn University where he was treated by Dr. Henderson. A 4th year student named Scott was Bubba’s Nurse/Tech? – not really sure what you’d call him exactly – but he took very good care of Bubba, and us.
